Specialist buy-to-let lender Zephyr Homeloans has joined the mortgage panel at Openwork, the financial advice and investment network.
Openwork’s community of more than 4,000 advisers and 1.2 million clients will now have access to Zephyr’s range of buy-to-let products.
Zephyr offers loans up to £1m for standard properties with a maximum loan-to-value (LTV) of 75% and £750,000 for specialist properties with a maximum LTV of 70%.
