Estate agent Michael Jones has introduced an online 3D digital tour of available properties as part of its standard marketing services for sales and lettings.
The virtual tour turns a physical property into an accurate and immersive online version that allows a walkthrough of a property.
Mark Howell, group lettings manager for Michael Jones, said: “Over recent months the virtual world has taken a huge step forward.
“With people relocating from all over the country to Worthing, Lancing and Rustington, we wanted to provide our clients with the opportunity to reach out to a wider audience.
“The 360° Virtual Tours allows applicants to digitally walk through the entire property – inside and outside and establish if the property is suitable for them before a physical viewing takes place.
“This has resulted in more serious applicants coming forward to buy and rent, and more offers from the viewings taking place as it filters out those the property may not be right for.”
Viewers digitally walk room to room, stopping to click and view 360° images of each space.
While lockdown restrictions have been lifted, Michael Jones reports physical viewings to be down, yet sales and lets are both on the up.
