Prominent industry software supplier Reapit and specialist repairs and maintenance service Fixflo have announced a new integration.
This allows Fixflo’s software and Reapit’s AgencyCloud CRM software to work together, eliminating the need to manually enter data or upload documents by automatically carrying updates from one platform to the other.
It allows users to track real-time updates on maintenance issues directly, synchronise property records with their corresponding Fixflo records, and automatically update costs and invoices when a maintenance item is closed in Fixflo.
Matt Goddard, partnerships director at Reapit, says: “It enables them to operate much more efficiently, eliminating time and hassle, helping them to scale their business accordingly without having to increase headcount or stretch their workload capacity.”
