Communications provider Moneypenny has partnered with lead management software Area to provide inbound and outbound lead follow-up for property agents across the UK.
This addition means inbound leads will be responded to immediately, including those from Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market.
Joanne Tattum (pictured), channel manager at Moneypenny, said: “The launch of our outbound calling product has allowed us to extend the value we can offer by qualifying and nurturing leads, as well as the capturing and handling that we’re traditionally known for.
“Integration with Area builds on that further and helps estate and letting agents work smarter, rather than harder, by managing all leads in one place.”
With direct access to agents’ Area platforms, Moneypenny’s outbound team can follow up all enquiries, ask a series of pre-qualifying questions and record progress directly into the dashboard, as well as escalate the hottest leads to a member of staff.
All outbound calls also display the agents’ branch telephone number to act as an extension of in-house teams.
The system integration also enables messages taken by Moneypenny PAs from inbound calls to be added straight into the Area dashboard – creating one place to see all new leads.
Lars Gooch, co-founder of Area, said: “More than ever, agents need to have the flexibility to outsource their front line support, which is why we’ve partnered with Moneypenny to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.”
