London agency’s latest acquisition just the latest in ambitious programme

London’s Keatons agency has acquired another East London independent, Royal Docks Property Services.

Keatons describes the result as “a great fit” because the two firms serve an almost identical area.

Royal Docks team members will remain in place and the company will not be rebranded as Keatons until some time in the first half of next year.

This deal takes Keatons’ East London operation to seven branches and it is Keatons’ fourth acquisition in three years.

It brings the current portfolio close to 3,000 properties.

Managing director Tony George says: “We are delighted with our acquisition of Royal Docks Property Services as it’s a firm we have always respected.”

He continues: “They have served their clients and the community brilliantly for over 20 years and we are excited about building on their success.

“The purchase of one or two branch independent operations are the cornerstone of our expansion plan and we are committed to growing further.

“Our goal is at least 5,000 properties within the next four years.”
