Martyn Gerrard Estate Agent is the latest agency to partner with a deposit alternative supplier – in this case flatfair.
Tenants at Martyn Gerrard, which has 12 branches across North London, can now use flatfair’s No Deposit solution.
The agency says in higher rental value areas such as London, where a deposit for a one-bedroom property costs renters more than £1,500 on average, the scheme can save individual tenants thousands in up-front costs.
The partnership also means landlords with Martyn Gerrard will be among the first to be able to use flatfair’s new Boost product, encouraging landlords to top up damage protection.
