A PropTech firm is offering what it calls “free landlord leads” to letting agents who register with the company in July and August.
Rentaround, which launched last year, is used by some landlords to check comparative agent fees, services and ratings; if one agent is chosen, the platform then passes details to the landlord.
“The lockdown period was tough for all industries, especially for the property market. The inability for agents to on board new business, coupled with the issue of rental arrears, made it difficult for many agents to survive” says founder Raj Dosanjh.
“We’re now approaching the light at the end of the tunnel, with agents reporting extremely busy phone lines, post restrictions being lifted and the stamp duty holiday” he adds.
