A regional agency group is providing training courses free of charge to members “for the foreseeable future.”
The training – usually heavily subsidised as a benefit of membership of the Experts in Property – is being offered for free to help agents recover from the pandemic.
Experts in Property has almost 70 member offices throughout South West England, as well as a London office.
In addition to the training offer, members also enjoy marketing support, collective promotions and incentives, cost savings, additional revenue schemes, knowledge sharing and access to retained PR, social media marketing and HR consultants.
The organisation says tens of agents have attended the first of the training courses.
Delivered via live webinar, Facebook marketing strategist Paul Long gave agents step by step instructions on setting up and promoting Facebook live virtual open house viewings and events for higher lead generation. The Able Agent ran an interactive training session designed to help support businesses with staff proactively working from home and focussed on assuring customer service standards as well as driving business generation.
Coming up are more sessions with Paul Long, and dates will soon be announced for Sales Progression and A-Z of Estate Agency courses with trainer and development consultant, Nina Carroll.
The network is also arranging sessions with industry trainer and business mentor, Stephen J Brown, among others.
Steve Moir, EiP chairman, says: “The network exists for its members and we are doing everything we can to support them, their businesses, their staff and their customers.”
