Finedale Construction has been appointed as the main contractor on a £3m residential development in Lincolnshire.
Located in Grimsby, the former derelict private tennis club will be home to 14 detached modern houses. Finedale will first clear and level the land, before commencing on the construction itself. It will be acting as the main contractor and be responsible for the complete build from inception to completion. The scheme has a 20-month duration and is due to commence imminently.
