Chestertons Costa del Sol has launched, headquartered in Marbella, Spain.
Global estate agency Chestertons International Real Estate Brokerage LLC has signed up Team España to its luxury real estate network, a business with 20 years of property sales and investment experience in Spain, which is now going under the Chestertons name.
Led by Jack Cheshire and managed by Jamie Buss, there are plans to expand the business across the Costa del Sol region over the course of the next three years.
Jamie McMullan, global head of operations at Chestertons Global, said: “Chestertons Costa del Sol expands our strong presence in Spain, where we are currently enjoying impressive growth through our existing partners in Sotogrande, Gibraltar and other parts of this beautiful country.

Cheshire and Buss’s backgrounds originate from London’s investment industry, Morgan Stanley Investment Bank and LGT Vestra respectively.
With a long-established presence in Nerja, one of the most competitive real estate markets in the area, they, along with their team, are now looking forward to expanding across the region in collaboration with Chestertons.
