British people are still keen to purchase property in Spain despite challenges brought about by Brexit, Property Guides research shows.
Three in five (61%) potential buyers claimed to know they can keep their EU rights to residence and healthcare if buying property before the end of the Brexit transition period of December 31st 2020.
Meanwhile two thirds (66%) are not concerned about Brexit when considering buying property in Spain
Most (61%) would favour a detached villa, and would be willing to spend over £125,000.
People were particularly keen on buying property in Spain before Covid-19 stopped them in their tracks.
