A city lettings agency has rebranded in what it calls “a step change for the business.”
Let Leeds is now known as Home of Property and comes after a decade of growth for the firm, which has two branches and now manages a £156m residential property portfolio and 2,500 residential tenants in Leeds
HOP has also and managing director Luke Gidney says: “As HOP, we are able to provide a greater – and more joined up – breadth of services to property owners, whether that’s as a landlord, homeowner, freeholder or Build To aren’t developer”
The business now employs 22 people.
“We have always been an independent business with a forward-thinking approach. Investment in our people, and the technology we use, remains key to delivering quality and expertise for our customers as well as building the new brand” says Gidney.
